About Christin

Christin Smith Myers happily serves as Chief Operating Officer for the CRS Companies (Creative Restaurant Solutions & Combined Resource Solutions), leading her talented survey and interview team and helping leaders listen to, learn from and respond to employee feedback. Her other passion is to inspire individuals and organizations to make the small changes that make a big difference, with an emphasis on positivity and productivity.

Christin is President at the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association, where she has held the roles of Programs Chair and Professional Development Board Member. She is also a proud member of Sisters U; she has volunteered as their U Magazine Content Editor, has been featured as speaker numerous times, and taught in the Launch Pad program from 2014 - 2020. Christin enjoys life with her husband and two children in Boyertown, PA, where she has facilitated many inspirational programs and is the emcee for The Right Price game show at The State Theatre.
